10100 Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 Afphoto is sorely missing default configuration settings like units, crop DPI, crop mode, etc. You can make presets in a template file but they should be user-configurable for new files created from RAW. Quote

What specifically isn't currently user-configurable? 10100 Posted November 28, 2022 Author Posted November 28, 2022 DEFAULT settings. Example: Default crop settings are ‘unconstrained' and 180 dpi. Every time I crop I have to change the type and resolution. Why aren’t these default settings (and many others such as units, etc.) able to be preconfigured by the user? You can do this with templates but program defaults apply to files created with RAW and drag n drop. I want the workspace to have specific settings that I configure, not some arbitrary presets. Quote
