Margaret Soper Posted November 26, 2022 Share Posted November 26, 2022 Love these programs; Just completed this week a project, and I was working in photo yesterday. The program will not load today. But neither will Designer. I haven't tried Publisher, but I expect the same thing. I can't load my original Affinity programs either. Please help me understand what to do. Can you try to open the windows event log and check if any errors or warnings are loged in one of the lists after you tried to start one of the apps: And: what is your Windows version and hardware configuration? You can press the Windows key and R, and paste this into the Run box: %USERPROFILE%\.affinity\Designer\2.0\crashreports\reports For v1 opening to a blank screen, that kind of sounds like a problem with NVIDIA Surround. See this FAQ: Thank you for your response. I will take the computer to my service person. Now I can't get on to the Affinity sign in. I could only get here because I saved the email. Not affinity problem, several other programs suddenly wouldn't load either. Geek Squad got it all back. Thank you again.
