Book: Entering a second tab in the TOC causes a crash

For some reasons, I need a second tab in the table of contents.

However, every time I do this, the program crashes (see example in the video). Could you please check this.

I've thus far been unable to replicate this issue internally, are you able to please provide a copy of the .afpub where the crash occurs?
