Jamabala Posted November 23, 2022 Posted November 23, 2022 I am using MacOS 12.0.1, Affinity Photo 2 and a Brother MFC-L3710CW. Scanning via Mac System Configuration does deliver perfect bw and color scans. Using the Affinity Photo 2 Scan Tool does deliver a normal preview scan, but the color scan is always damaged. BW scans are not damaged. There seems to be a bug in Photo 2. Quote

bhansely Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 I'm trying to scan in from an HP OfficeJet, and I'm getting the same behavior described above: preview looks fine, color scan is a mess of interlaced junk. I know Affinity is busy making things happen, but any idea when we'll get a fix for this bug. This makes the "Acquire" feature useless. Thanks, bhansley loukash 1 Quote
Staff Callum Posted December 16, 2022 Staff Posted December 16, 2022 Unfortunately I can't give an ETA on when this might be fixed however it is something that our developers are still looking at. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
Erwe Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 Is there any news yet? I have a new scanner since today and exactly the same problems with it. Ciao Erwe Quote
razna Posted April 16, 2024 Posted April 16, 2024 This bug still persists in 2024 - is a fix still on the roadmap? Quote
