Douglas Alder
I purchased the app bundle, 3 desktop and 3 iPad apps. I downloaded all three desktop apps, I neglected to install Affinity Designer when I first set it up. I have since installed AF Designer, but somehow it is not being recognized as part of the bundle. I have tried these things: 1) launch AF Designer - log in to my account 2) quit AF Publisher 3) relaunch AF Publisher, make sure I am logged in. I don't see mention of 'StudioLink' anywhere in the My Account panel or in the Help system. Any suggestions on how to get this link working? Staff NathanC Posted February 10, 2023 Staff Share Posted February 10, 2023 Hey @Douglas Alder, Apologies for the delayed reply, Are you still experiencing this issue? If you are, could you confirm that all three apps are installed and being run from the Applications folder in Finder? Thanks 🙂
Douglas Alder
This was resolved with some help from Affinity tech support. Turns out I had downloaded, but not installed the v2 of the program. I was running the previous version. Thanks.
