PDF export presets should be imported from v1

Win10, x64, Publisher v2

There seems to be no way to access the PDF export presets that were saved with v1.
I did choose "yes" to the import of custom data when v2 first was started. It worked in a way, e.g. my custom pallets have been imported. But the PDF export presets were not imported.
