User-created images or already developed images do not show this problem. Enable the Post Crop Vignette effect. Set intensity to -100% and the hardness to +100% to see the center of the effect. Result: the vignette's center is offset to the bottom-right of the image. See example below. Expected result: the vignette's center should be at the center of the image.
