Florida Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 Exporting a 12000x12000 image. Any type. It spins generating the preview in the new preview pane, but the end result is always just empty. Actually exporting the image will show a preview up to 8000x8000, anything bigger results in empty preview. I am not running out of memory I have a 64GB Mac Studio M1 Ultra running Ventura. This worked 100% reliably in V1. The actual exported image is fine, just the preview is empty. Device: Apple M1 Ultra 64GB Ventura 13.0.1 Apple Studio Display - Andrew

We are exceptionally busy following the release of V2 and we thank you for your continued patience and understanding here. I can confirm our team have identified this as a bug in V2 and logged it with our developers to be fixed in a future update. In the meantime, I believe that Zooming in/out of the preview may force this to be displayed, but we do understand this is not ideal - apologies for any inconveniences caused due to this!
