Official comment on ePub support?

Serif I just ran across this slightly concerning post on Twitter and was wondering if you had any “official” word to share on this (as claimed by the ‘tweeter’)?

I’m assuming it’s unfounded, but if there is an “official” word on this it would be nice to know sooner rather than later.

I would be vary, there is no link to an official statement!?
Even worse, that twitter user is using an image of the old program in his preview.

regarding returning purchases Serif is doing the usual 14 day period;

https://store.serif.com/en-gb/help/

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within a 14 day period after receipt of your product to receive a full refund. Please email affinityreturns@serif.com with your name, order number and reason for returning the item to begin the process.

something is fishy about this tweet...

Sketchbook (with Affinity Suite usage) | timurariman.com | artstation store

Windows 11 Pro - 23H2 | Ryzen 5800X3D | RTX 3090 - 24GB | 128GB |
Main SSD with 1TB | SSD 4TB | PCIe SSD 256GB (configured as Scratch disk) |

Just bumping this as apparently the individual who tweeted this heard it on a recent livestream[1] covering the new v2 features.

I purchased the Affinity suite for what it enables me to do today, but I had hoped Publisher would be a tool that would expand beyond print, to meet the evolving needs of designers and publishers in the years to come.

[1] I have yet to find an official livestream of the v2 features that supports this.
