German dictionary missing in Publisher V2

Recommended Posts

That is a special variant of German, I think. German as spoken in Austria, perhaps. Standard German would be de-DE, I think, and is probably present.

This same kind of thing has been reported a lot in V1. Which OS do you use? What keyboard layout, and what country/region is your system configured for?

Is this a document you created, or one you got from someone else?

In any case, you can probably fix that by adjusting the Spelling Language for your text, but how you do that will depend on how you setup your text. For example, whether you use Text Styles or not. You could change the Spelling Language in a Text Style, which would change everything that uses it.

Or you could fix it by installing a dictionary. If you used V1, perhaps you already did that? If you're on Windows, the user-installed dictionaries are in a different directory than in V1. You could just copy the ones you've added from the V1 directory into the V2 directory.
