Designer crashing on installing packs

HI @Paul Wild Thanks for the report and sorry for the delay we're very busy at the moment and are trying to catch up with everything. 

It's not something I can reproduce on my systems, all Affinity store content is downloading and installing as normal. Try resetting the app to see if that makes any difference, hold down CTRL and open. When the window appears, release the key and just click Clear. Once the app has opened try the in app downloader again, if the app crashes follow the steps in the linked FAQ article to check for the crash reports for the most recent one.
