Purchased from App Store but apps keep asking me to activate them

Hi! I just bought photo and designer 2 from the app store and when I try to open them, I just see the image that I'm attaching here. If I click on the "Restaurar compras" ("Restore purchase") nothing happens.

I'm having the same or similar issue.

I purchased a universal license on my iPad and was able to activate Designer 2 but I can't activate anything else on my desktop or my iPad. My apple account shows that the purchase went through but my affinity account does not.

I already have the v1. I opened it, then closed it. Then opened the v2. Still not working.
