Layer visibility remembers layers of replaced document

If I place a pdf in a Publisher file, and use the fab new layer visibility feature, then Replace Document, layer visibility remembers the previous pdf's layers instead of updating to the replacement pdf layers. Same happens with placing a publisher file. Have tested with old pdfs and ones created in Publisher 2.0, same result.

Thanks, I've reproduced and logged this. If you flip the PDF Passthrough status between interpret/passthrough it should fix it for you in the meantime
