Search missing from the Help menu

Please bring back the Search field in the Help menu. I use this field all the time (in Affinity and other apps) to find things in the menus since you can easily access it by hitting cmd-shift-? and searching for the menu item you're looking for.

It's there for me so that's odd. Which version of macOS are you using?

Ventura 13.0. Weirdly it just reappeared for me on the third or fourth launch of the app. Carry on then, I guess!

Same here, wasn't there at first, but appeared after a few re-launches

This has cropped up again with the latest release. The Help menu search field is there in Photo and Designer, but not Publisher 2.5.7.

It's there for me in 2.5.7.

I think you'll find this is intermittent and that it will return at some point after one or more restarts of the application and macOS. It is a bug in macOS, not in Affinity itself, and can happen with any software, although it does seem more frequent in Affinity than in other apps.

Right you are. I tried several restarts last night, with no luck, but the search field is back today. Thanks!
