No confirmation email (split)

So what's the current anticipated response time on support emails? I tried purchasing the universal license a couple of days ago and the shopping cart glitched and hung on me. I have the charge showing in my bank account, but no confirmation emails or available V2 license. Seems like it got as far as taking my money then blew up. I sent an email to support right away, not response since other than the automated boilerplate "we got your email"
