No confirmation email (split)

Well I just payed the £35.99 and approve it in my App, but still no email to confirm it.

Same here. I received only confirmation via Apple store but its not good for Affinity to give me access to the V2 version I just bought,. Unable to open the App and they say its a problem with AppStore. So angry about this.

Not really worth sending an email as wanted V2 up and running right away, so will leave it and stick with V1 as that works a treat still.  If payment does end up going through then I shall decline it.

So what's the current anticipated response time on support emails? I tried purchasing the universal license a couple of days ago and the shopping cart glitched and hung on me. I have the charge showing in my bank account, but no confirmation emails or available V2 license. Seems like it got as far as taking my money then blew up. I sent an email to support right away, not response since other than the automated boilerplate "we got your email"

@claudermilk I got that too. Haven't contacted the bank yet since Serif support might sort it out.
