I’m using affinity photo for iPad—How do I add another cut-out to the curves layer I’ve already created using the pen tool? For example, I have cut out the main subject from the background, so now I want to remove the background between the subjects hair using the pen tool.

Please advise

Hi Kgimageryllc,

Welcome to the forums :)

I'm not sure if I fully understand what you are looking for but you should be able to mask out certain areas after selecting them with the Pen Tool. I recommend taking a look at the following video.

Thanks

If you have created multiple curves/shapes around the objects you want to cut out, simply select all the curve layers, then do Geometry -> Add. Now you can select the Pen tool and convert to a selection. Quick and dirty demo.
