Hi Team,

Whenever I am trying to make a PNG cutout this happens, and some part of image still shows in the cutout It's never a clean cutout. Can someone let me know if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong? The software is updated to the latest version and run the program as administrator. I have a thin and light laptop with i7 12th gen processor with integrated intel Xe graphics.

Hi Sahil Raj V, welcome to the forum.

Some driver/hardware combinations of intel video hardware can cause issues with OpenCL GPU acceleration, I would advise attempting to update your Intel video driver, and if this doesn't resolve the issue, turn off GPU acceleration by going to edit >  preferences > performance.
