I'm having problems arranging my layout in Affinity Photo. I'm trying to move my panels around and also the tabs within the panels and AP just doesn't want to play nice.

I tried to move a panel by holding the mouse button down and dragging. That does not work (at least it only works when it feels like it which is not predictable). I found that if I click in the top left corner of a panel it allows me to drag the panel but I still could not move the tabs around within the panel or move them to another panel or pull them out of that panel.

So then I reset the Studio Layout in View>Studio>Reset Studio. This didn't help. I have tried a factory reset too - didn't help either. I have watched tutorials which show the user just holding the mouse button and dragging. That does not work for me.

I am on Windows 10 which is fully updated and Affinity Photo version 1.10.5.1342.

This seems like the same problem you're already discussing in

Yes. Sorry but I was advised in that thread to try here instead but now the subject seems to be getting responses back there so your redirection is probably appropriate.
