Staff Lee D Posted July 30, 2022 Staff Share Posted July 30, 2022 @JKR For an existing file have you checked its file properties to see if any security has been enabled as our apps don't have any options for this as it's OS level. Right click the app icon and try running as Admin and then starting a new file, adding some content then then try saving to the desktop. If the same occurs please do a screen recording showing the whole process. If you have any AV or Firewall software running, try turning this off while trying to save. it's been known for some to restrict writing access to some apps. Try creating a new Admin user account in Windows to test using as it may be caused by permissions. Can you use File > Export and save as PDF or other file type?
