Geebs Posted June 2, 2022 Share Posted June 2, 2022 Hello…..hoping someone might be able to help. I have the iPad app and the desktop version of Photo. I thought I would see if the assets I have on the desktop are synced to my iPad app. When I look at my Account on the iPad there are only 2 assets instead of 7 and on the bottom left it shows Sync Failed. I signed into my account and the Registered Apps and Devices only show that my desktop is registered. I read that I need to register my iPad app but I do not see that option. On my iPad, the My Account icon is green. When I tap it, on the upper left, I see my name and email, and above that I have "Manage Account" and "Sign Out". Perhaps you should click "Sign Out" and then you'll get the screen allowing you to Register or Sign In.
