  1. I just deleted and re downloaded from the App Store. Signed in and it says now that I am registered and hooray, there is everything and no more failed sync. Good news…..🤗
  2. Hello Walt……… I did as you suggested, but it automatically logs me back in. I tried about 4 times. Do you think I should delete the app and download it again? I believe I have been using the current version 1.10.5. iPad OS 15.5. Thank you Geebs
  3. I originally put this in iPad questions but perhaps this is the right place instead. Hello…..hoping someone might be able to help. I have the iPad app and the desktop version of Photo. I thought I would see if the assets I have on the desktop are synced to my iPad app. When I look at my Account on the iPad there are only 2 assets instead of 7 and on the bottom left it shows Sync Failed. I signed into my account and the Registered Apps and Devices only show that my desktop is registered. I read that I need to register my iPad app but I do not see that option. Do you know how I can register my iPad app and also make it sync…..? Hoping someone can help. Thanks.

  6. Update: I uninstalled Version 1.10 and downloaded the previous version. It now seems to be working ok. Thanks for your help
  7. Hi Chris Thank you for your reply. I disabled OpenCL and the problem still exists. I cannot even Close Window in the taskbar. I need to restart every time. I wonder if I should go back to the previous version. Hopefully I can do that ok. But maybe the previous version does not work either. This is very frustrating as I am spending many many hours on this. It’s a brand new computer. The graphics card is nVidia GTX 1650 Super 4GB. I purchased the Ivan Weiss LUT pack and I can see it in my account when I scroll down just before it crashes. When I add an LUT adjustment layer, it takes me to a window and I click on Load and it shows me my computer. I cannot find any LUT files anywhere. I wonder where it was placed.
  8. I have purchased Affinity Photo for Windows 10 along with a LUT pack. I am new to Affinity. I did a couple of tutorials, then I saw it needed an update, so it did. I then wondered how to load the purchased LUT pack as there were no files on my computer. Every time I go Account and scroll down to see my purchased, Affinity freezes. I googled it and saw that I should update my graphics driver, so I did, nVidia GeForce Game Ready Driver Version: 471.68. I tried again, but the problem still exists. I am unable to close the program, only restart my computer every time. Hoping someone can help as I am going around in circles. Thanks.
