Kushagra Gupta
So when i use to start affinity designer and start a project file it woks well and when the project is done and then we click to home button to home the app crashes. As well as the file i have been created will never be saved and always start as it is new project. This latest update is not good, please try to improve it. Thankyou. Did you press the physical Home button on your iPad, or did you tap on the left-arrow to return to the Home Screen within the app? Which model of iPad do you have? Could you clarify which update you are using and, has this issue started only since updating? Does it effect every file or just the one shown? First thing to try is a hard reset. Hold power switch off until you see the power slider on screen. Slide off and the restart. You should see the Apple logo as it reboots. This will clear any remnants of the old app held in ram, and hopefully resolve your issue🙂. 13 minutes ago, Alfred said: Did you press the physical Home button on your iPad, or did you tap on the left-arrow to return to the Home Screen within the app? Hi Alfred, I agree it’s hard to see what is occurring above. Either method though, should not cause the app to crash/close. More likely something left in ram after updating, a corrupted element on a layer or a corrupt install.🤔 Alfred 1 Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen).
