Hi,

I'm trying to download softwares that I bought from you.. but it seems I just can't. My connection and internet speed is fine, I'm using macOS Monterey.

plz help me!

Hi @Nikolaand Welcome to the Forums,

There isn't anything wrong with the servers.  All working fine here, i just download Publisher at steady 7MB/s which is right for my current connection.  We do use Amazon servers so it's possible your ISP is having some trouble accessing those and causing a slow download.
