Share my work

I've looked through tutorials but can't find anything about how to share my work - this is my first creation with Publisher and I want my colleague to be able to edit it.  Is this possible?  The download is registered to my email address so does he have to log in as me?  I've looked for a simple share but couldn't find anything.

It's a noddy question I know but I did check the forum and tutorials first.

Your colleague will (under most ‘normal’ circumstances) need to have their own copy of Publisher installed on their machine – you can’t (under normal ‘work’ conditions) share your application with someone else.
If your situation is complicated/unusual, or just be sure, then you should check with Serif Support for guidance to see if are using the software legally. One of the staff members may see this and be able to help you further but best to email them direct to get a quicker, more personal, answer.
(You don’t give many details here about your working set-up so it’s difficult to advise and legal stuff can be tricky, so details matter.)

If you both have a copy of Publisher then you can share documents by Packaging them – look in the Help to see how.
If you do share documents then you will need to make sure that you and your colleague have the same fonts installed on both machines which are used in the documents.
There may be other things that need to be shared but see if you can do what’s mentioned above first.

Packaging handles that, I believe, when you include the document's fonts in the package.
