Hi Old Bruce, I have created the newsletter in Publisher. The distribution list is in MailChimp and goes to 9000 people. I want HTML as that is the format MailChimp will accept.

I have to export my Affinity document into html so that I can send it out to a large distribution list. Is this possible? If not, is there anything else I can export it into so that I can still send it without losing the formatting? Please note: I'm at a basic level and just learning so if you talk to me about vectors and the like, you may as well talk outer mongolian to me! Surely this has to be possible somehow in this day and age??? 😵 Help please lovely people.

I've looked through tutorials but can't find anything about how to share my work - this is my first creation with Publisher and I want my colleague to be able to edit it. Is this possible? The download is registered to my email address so does he have to log in as me? I've looked for a simple share but couldn't find anything. It's a noddy question I know but I did check the forum and tutorials first. Thank you. Karen
