I am creating a single page.  I already have an image with some shapes and text but when I try to add some more text I get a crash.  Recovery works fine and I get back to where I was but I cannot add text of the page, I just get another crash.  Any thoughts gratefully received.

How are you trying to add more text?

To what are you trying to add more text? A Frame Text Text Frame? An Art Text Text Frame? Text on a Path?

Which tool are you using when you try to add more text?

How did the already present text get put in there?

Are you perhaps using fonts from a cloud service?

Are there any PDF documents involved in this project? Any IDML files?

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
