Hey,

im working on my portfolio currently which includes a lot of pictures and files and my question is how do I minimize the size of the finished file? It is only allowed to have 10MB if I want to send it to clients but if I export in lower quality you can't see the images very clear. Is there a solution to minimize the size of the finished file to 10MB without losing the sharpness of the images?

Thanks

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, Jane. :)

It sounds as though you’re trying to work with an email attachment limit. If that’s the case, please consider using a file-sharing service (e.g. Dropbox or WeTransfer) and then emailing the download link to your clients.

Hey, thanks for the answer. Thats true it is because of an email attachment limit. I thought about sending it via WeTransfer too but thought it would come across a bit unprofessional. Do you know if there's any other way to just minimize the file size or is it not possible with so many pictures and files in it?

Thanks

What kind of files are you sending? JPG, TIFF, PNG? Something else?

What are the pixel dimensions of the images? Another alternative for making the files smaller is to reduce the pixel dimensions so you have a smaller image for them to view.
