Font Family popmenu too bright light mode April 19, 2022

Too bright light mode. I am search for dark mode on FONT FAMILY left side. How can I find setting preferences on Mac. Do not use Windows.

Go to the Preferences and uncheck the User Interface item "always use white background for font dropdown", I think that it is second from the bottom.

I am also using the bright light mode and sometimes, I get irritated because it is too bright. I don't know that before that I can change it into the dark mode.
