Joshy Posted April 2, 2022 Share Posted April 2, 2022 Hi I’m facing a problem with App Store. I bought this app last dec 4 with a offer price 14.99 aud. End of that mouth I tried to download another app through App Store it’s a free app they charge me 14.99 aud. I thought it’s by mistake. I ask for refund and they did. They didn’t said that , They refund for affinity photo. Now I try to download the app in my other apple iPad with same Apple ID it ask me to pay 34.99 aud. I tried to contact apple support and they saying that it’s a mistake from there side. They suggested me to contact affinity photo and convey my situation. I’m happy to pay the same amount 14.99 aud . Staff Lee D Posted April 2, 2022 Staff Share Posted April 2, 2022 @JoshyOur iPad app can only be purchased from the iOS App Store and we don't have any way to apply individual discounts. As our access to the store is limited and Apple should know that we don't sell the iPad version of the app ourselves and referring you to us will only prolong your issue. Have you confirmed by logging into your Apple ID through the App Store app which apps are showing as purchased an available to download? If Apple have stated it's their mistake, they should be the ones to resolve this for you. I'd recommend contacting them again, letting them know the above and ask them to resolve their mistake.
