Hi I’m facing a problem with App Store. I bought this app last dec 4 with a offer price 14.99 aud. End of that mouth I tried to download another app through App Store it’s a free app they charge me 14.99 aud. I thought it’s by mistake. I ask for refund and they did. They didn’t said that , They refund for affinity photo. Now I try to download the app in my other apple iPad with same Apple ID it ask me to pay 34.99 aud. I tried to contact apple support and they saying that it’s a mistake from there side. They suggested me to contact affinity photo and convey my situation. I’m happy to pay the same amount 14.99 aud . Is that possible to get the same discount to purchase the app again please. My case number in apple support is 101668587179
