Save dialogue issues after upgrading to macOS Monterey (split)

I had this problem too. Happens only on my iMac but no on my Macbook. Clicks on the save dialog don't work, only ESC key close the dialog.

Did you purchase Designer from the Mac App Store? If so can you please check if the following FAQ fixes your issue. Please start by trying what's suggested in the second post of that thread first and proceed to the first one if the second didn't fix the issue. Thank you.

My version is from the App Store (Sandboxed). I have reviewed the FAQ, I have 347 active fonts and tried to disable recent elements without luck 😔. The  Save As Package dialog works well.
On my macbook, where I have the same fonts and the same designer version all works as intended.

After upgrading to macOS 12.3.1 the problem is gone.
