Øyvind Kleiveland Posted March 10, 2022 Posted March 10, 2022 Hello, I am trying to replicate an effect from this video: ¨ When I get to the Node tool, it is not functioning. I have tried to switch off the program, restart the computer (even the next day), but I am still not able to take the edges of the rectangle and move it, like he does. When I activate the Node tool, the corners of the rectangle are not marked with the blue dots like it is on his video. What am I doing wrong, and can someone help me? Quote
Komatös Posted March 10, 2022 Posted March 10, 2022 Hello @Øyvind Kleiveland You may not have converted the rectangle into a curve. Øyvind Kleiveland Posted March 10, 2022 Author Posted March 10, 2022 I followed what he said to a minute detail. Oh well, I will try once more. And see where it takes me. Quote

Welcome to the Affinity Forums Can you please provide a screenshot of the Affinity app with this object selected, the node tool active & the layers panel visible? Thanks in advance! Quote
Øyvind Kleiveland Posted March 10, 2022 Author Posted March 10, 2022 The solution was - to do it again, and convert the rectangle into a curve. My mistake. Thanks, Komatös. Dan C 1 Quote
