Affinity Photo crashes when adding effects

Hi,

I'm trying to edit these images but Affinity Photo crash every time.

I attempt to change hardware acceleration but the result is the same, crashes.

It can be open, but when insert brightness effect or other effect like levels, in order to change its brightness, it crashes.

I've update today to latest version and the result is the same, crashes.

Please can you help how can I open it and edit them?
