NewzJunky Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 Hi, I am running Affinity Publisher on Mac, how do I change or delete the Command-and-magic-mouse-scroll which is currently set at rotating the canvas? The zoom in and out Shortcut is done by Option-and-magic-mouse-scroll which is right next to the Command button, so I keep on rotating (Cmnd key&mouse⇅) when all I want to do is zoom in or out (Option key&mouse⇅). I'm so frustrated I feel like getting the screwdriver and removing the Command key ;-) Quote
Staff MEB Posted January 14, 2022 Staff Posted January 14, 2022 Hi @NewzJunky, Welcome to Affinity Forums Go to Affinity Preferences, Tools section and untick Enable Canvas Rotation with cmd+scroll wheel. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software

FWIW, on my Mac if Use mouse wheel to zoom is enabled, then the setting for Enable Canvas Rotation with cmd+scroll wheel is ignored -- even if it is enabled, the canvas does not rotate if I use CMD with the scroll wheel. It always zooms in & out, with or without holding down any modifier key.
