Smoere
I would just to forward you and summit this video on Youtube, concerning these famous white lines artefacts that often appear in between a finished seamless pattern. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uY5w297Lw24 When creating seamless patterns, with a design that is multiplied to create the pattern, more often than not a white line artefact will appear between the designs. This has been driving me nuts for sometime, but in this video, the author seems to understand the issue exceptionally well. Maybe you guys at Serif can find a way to solve the problem and implement a solution - to what seems to be a complicated issue - to make the most fantastic product even greater 😄 Hopes this helps. Happy holidays and merry christmas to all, Best Chris
ashf
That doesn't affect exported files if it's vector format. For raster format, you just need to use the pixel unit and align objects to the pixel grid. The gap you are seeing in the Affinity is common thing, you also see them in other vector apps such as Inkscape or CorelDraw. Though only Illustrator is coping well with it, so there might be solution. but not sure if Serif can improve it.
