AngryJay Posted December 17, 2021 Share Posted December 17, 2021 I have been using Affinity Photo for Ipad for ages and never had an issue but now when I back out the app crashes and I lose my changes. Staff Lee D Posted December 21, 2021 Staff Share Posted December 21, 2021 @AngryJayWe're limited in what we can suggest for the iPad builds due to how the OS works. Does this occur even if you start a new blank document, add a few brush strokes or shapes and then exit to the document screen and then out the app? Can you also confirm the version of Photo you're running, the model of iPad and iPadOS version, just in case. You have the option of deleting the app, restarting the iPad and then installing a fresh version from the App Store. If you are going to do this, please remember to backup your documents first from the document screen. Also if you use the Affinity Photo folder on iCloud, please rename or back it up as part of the uninstall also removes that from iCloud.
