james clugston
Hi, I have been having a problems exporting a PDF document as a .TIFF image which is required for a publication. When I set the resolution of the image that seems to work fine and it does export. However, each time I do it the background comes out black rather then white. This is very annoying I keep trying different setting but with no luck... Am i using the wrong setting? if so how do I correct this? This problem does not happen when I export as .JPEG. I have attached the file. Regards James Zamia phenology table v2.pdf
JFisher
Hi James,Welcome to the forums! :)Are you using the latest Designer beta? I am able to replicate the black background when using the App Store version. This was an issue raised previously but has been fixed since.J
Staff MEB Posted December 2, 2015 Staff Share Posted December 2, 2015 Hi James, Go to the More button on the Export dialog and set the Matte color to white. This should take care of the black background issue. JFisher 1 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
