John Rostron Posted November 28, 2021 Posted November 28, 2021 Both Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer run on iPads, but not Publisher. Did you purchase the right version, for the right platform/OS? John Quote Windows 11, Affinity Photo 2.4.2 Designer 2.4.2 and Publisher 2.4.2 (mainly Photo). CPU: Intel Core i5 8500 @ 3.00GHz. Which application did you purchase? Where did you purchase it from? If it is an iPad application then you must have purchased from Apple's iPad Store, as that's the only place that Affinity Photo and Designer for the iPad are sold. And for a refund you would have to contact Apple, as you purchased from them.
