This error occurs: 90% When I have already exported a photo. 20% When I open the program, edit a photo and try to export it. The program fails completely. I have to restart the program. All changes to the photo are gone. Attempted solutions so far: 1) Imported images into Affinty Photo via the menu. 2) Imported pictures into the program by drag and drop 3) repaired program 4) Uninstalled and reinstalled the program The error is still there. I have the following system: Operating system name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043 Operating system manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System name DESKTOP-A6RGFOQ System manufacturer Dell Inc. System model XPS 15 9560 System type x64-based PC System SKU 07BE Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2801 MHz, 4 core(s), 8 logical processor(s) BIOS version/date Dell Inc. 1.24.0, 10.08.2021 Installed physical memory (RAM) 16.0 GB Graphics Card NVIDIA GForce GTX 1050 Software: Affinty Photo Windows - version 1.10.4 Are there any solutions to the problem?
