lnorange
Hi, I have a number of Publisher files that have linked content rather than included into the main Publisher file. These files have synced to my iCloud account, some don't reside on the local disk (after some time). When I go to reopen any files they synced content that has migrated to the cloud only does not load or download in the background so doesn't display or print unless you manually go in an ask Apple to download all related content. Fine, but when the linked content is in lots of folders, its a time-consuming task. Apart from not using iCloud, not ideal, any suggestions please? Thanks Les

I do not think there is any way to avoid not using iCloud if you want the linked content to load automatically. capsLOCK
Why wouldn’t you have all of your assets in a single folder? That way Publisher can find all linked files quickly and easily.
