__G1N__
I expierenced the same behavior with an image from my canon 600D -> converted with Adobe's DNG Converter. Just did a small amount of changes, like saturation, brightness etc. then after clicking develop it freezes. IMG_1705.dng

Staff Dan C Posted October 28, 2021 Staff Share Posted October 28, 2021 Hi @__G1N__, Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Can you please navigate to - Windows: Edit > Preferences > Performance Mac: Affinity Photo > Preferences > Performance In the dialog that opens, untick Hardware Acceleration then restart the app as prompted and try developing your image once again. Does this stop the app from crashing for you please? __G1N__ 1 Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Staff Dan C Posted October 29, 2021 Staff Share Posted October 29, 2021 Many thanks for letting me know, I'm glad to hear this! We've just released version 1.10.4 where this issue should be improved, once installed please try enabling Hardware Acceleration once again and let me know how this behaves for you - as if the issue is still present I can log this with our developers __G1N__ 1 Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.
