Staff stokerg Posted October 8, 2021 Staff Share Posted October 8, 2021 Please note this FAQ applies only to Windows 7: If the Affinity apps are crashing on startup please make sure you have the following Windows update installed:KB4474419 Some users also found they required KB4490628 to also be installed, this can be downloaded from here If you have those updates installed and are still getting a crash on startup, please create a new post in the Questions section of the Forums and Support Team will be able to help.
