Windows 10

1.10.1.1142

Sometimes when tablet cursor interacts with ui buttons, mouse clicks no longer registers, only works in canvas area.

I can't reproduce this consistently.

XPPen Deco Pro M and a Logitech G502 Hero.

Don't think which mouse matters though, I have encountered similar issue when using a trackball.

I have switched laptops but still gets the bug sometimes.

@Kolloom It can be the tablet causing the issue. We had this last week with a different tablet.  I managed to repeat it on my Windows laptop but I could only get it to happen in Firefox.

Do you have the latest driver installed? I can see from their website that they released a new driver in September 2021.

I'm currently having this issue in Affinity Designer, using a logitec M355 mouse (usb wireless) and a Wacom 16 pro tablet.

If I use the tablet the mouse stops working. I have to leave the UI and click on another window (browser) to return functionality to the UI in Designer. Sometimes that doesn't work and I have to quit and restart.

Hi @Sullyman Are you only experiencing this with Designer or other apps and browser windows too?

Do you have the latest driver installed? I had a quick look to see what the latest driver is for your model but there are a few Wacom Pro tablets so I wasn't sure which one you have.

I have managed to capture the ui bug. It is repeatable everytime.

Draw something with styles. Use keyboard to undo. Mouse click no longer registers.

Double click on title bar still unfullscreen the application.
