Noob
Hello! Is there a way to scale or move the clipped content behind a mask without scaling or moving the mask itself? For example, in PhotoShop, you can "unlink" the mask, preserving the mask shape and allowing the clipped content to scale independently or move around behind the mask. In AP I have to keep "releasing" the mask every time I want to adjust the size or placement of the clipped content. Any ideas?
Staff MEB Posted November 8, 2015 Staff Share Posted November 8, 2015 Hi Noob, In the Beta (which you can get from here - usually pinned at the top) there's already an option to Lock Children (when you have the parent layer selected), so you can transform/position the clipped image without affecting the clipping mask. Just remember to keep the Mac App Store version installed since it's required to run the Beta. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
