Maria João Lima
Hello I am having real trouble when exporting affinity designer document to PDF (press ready): elements that are coloured 100% black, are turned into CMYK, ie, the solid black turns into composed black. How do I solve this? I attach de original affinity and the result pdf: you can see the problem in the text and in the logo. Thank you Maria Flyer_Sócios.afdesign Flyer_Sócios.pdf Edited July 19, 2021 by Maria João Lima wrong file.
Dazmondo77
You have your document set up in RGB so you'd be better exporting to PDF/X-1a:2003 which may work Quote Mac Pro Cheese-grater (Early 2009) 2.93 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon 48 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC Ram, Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5, Ugee 19" Graphics Tablet Monitor Triple boot via OCLP 1.2.1 - Mac OS Monterey 12.7.1, Sonoma 14.1.1 and Mojave 10.14.6 Affinity Publisher, Designer and Photo 1.10.5 - 2.2.1 www.bingercreative.co.uk
Maria João Lima
Thank you for both answers. The PDF/X-1a:2003 worked fine. But, from now on, I do not want to work in RGB setup. Could you please check this new attach and confirm if that's what I'm suppose to do? Thank you again. Maria

That's part of it, but not the complete answer, I think. There are also some tricks with selecting your Black color (which I can't really explain).
