Hi Ortwin,

Welcome to the forums! :)

It would seem the error is with the many images within the layer. If I was to rasterise the layer, the export looks fine but appears pixelated in Affinity Designer.

Can I ask how this was created?

Looking at this huge amount of tiny single image layers within your group, I would either rasterise the group before exporting, just as JFisher said, or export using Nearest Neighbour as the resampling method … see below. (This file was exported without rasterisation using Nearest Neighbour resampling.)

Yes, I would be curious as well, how this was done …

Cheers, Alex  :)

The original was created in Adobe Illustrator CS5 and delivered as multi layer pdf file. You can't import this file to designer without loosing the color information. So I opened it in "preview" and exported it again. This helped.

I would provide the file to staff member for improving designer, but not to the forum.

Thank you for your help.

Cheers
