Man... Im speechless.
Im literally just gave affinity another chance and there it is again. The most stupid issue you can ever imagine, making it impossible to complete your task. BTW it seems my ipad doesnt have this issue Edit: I was wrong, its the same thing

Hi @shustovcreates,

You created your circles with the "Donut" tool, create them with the "Ellipse Tool" instead, convert them to curves and "Expand Stroke" will work as expected.

first thing - it was pie. second- I have a lot of icons made this way.. do you suggest recreating them all?

Thanks for the video.
I just looked further, if you start from a donut, set "Hole Radius" to 100%, convert to curves, remove the unwanted part and the ends remain rounded after "Expand Stroke".

With "Pie Tool", leave it as it is at the beginning of your video, convert it into curves, remove the unwanted part and do "Expand Stroke", the ends will remain rounded.
