Dan C
Occasionally, you may need to restart your iPad if you are having trouble with the Affinity apps. Force restarting your iPad will clear the RAM/cache in use on your iPad currently and can resolve uncommon or irregular issues. You should not lose any saved data using this method. For iPads with a Home button, such as the iPad Air: Hold down the Power button and the Home button together, the iPad will turn off and reboot. Continue to hold down both buttons until you see the Apple logo on the screen. Let go off both buttons and wait for the iPad to finish rebooting. For iPads without a Home button, such as the 2020 iPad Pro: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Power button until the device restarts. Paul Mudditt
