I am having problems printing A5 300 gsm card on Canon ix6850 printer. When printing on paper everything is fine, when I switch to the card the position of the image changes and doubles the border at the bottom of the card. I thought originally it was a fault with the printer but have downloaded Gravit (free download) and created the image on that with no problems. It doesn't happen with A4 card. I have attached copy of printer settings.

Hi @Mikey05,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble!

Can you please confirm for me, which exact settings are you changing when switching from Paper to Card?

If you could provide screenshots, or let me know both the 'before' and 'after' values then I'm certain we can look into this further for you :)

Many thanks!

This might be related to the bug that produces an odd offset border on borderless printing.

Agreed.

When changing the 'Commonly Used Settings' to Photo Printing, I suspect your printer is turning on the borderless printing option - unfortunately as mentioned above this is a known current bug in Affinity that our developers are working to fix. I'll be sure to 'bump' this report for you now.

You may find that as BofG has recommended, exporting to PDF and printing externally should resolve the issue in the meantime :)
